So have you been able to attend any of the Olympic games live? I’ll have to cheer on Singapore for you over these last few days. I did a bit of a tongue-in-cheek humor post about the Olympics over in the blogcatalog forums – totally from an American perspective of course – although I readily admit that Chinese beach volleyball star Xue Chen is one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen. :)

@Kdawg68: I watch the Games “Live” on TV =) The way you mentioned about beach volleyball and Xue Chen, I guess I roughly know your “perspective” of the Games. =P just kidding :)

Now the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games was over. But the spirit of the Olympic Games will leave our heart forever. I am proud in chinese athletes excellent grade. The chinese mens table tennis match : wanghao won the world champion . At the same time , the womens single match :zhangnining won the world champion . I congratulate them. First , they have trained at the Chinese National table tennis traning center. Before participate important match they will have a closed training at the training center. The training center bringing up a lot of many champions like them .

@Ailsa: Same goes to me. I am proud for the hardworking Chinese athletes who are so determined and focus to win every match. They have been training very hard since very young, definitely have made a lot of sacrifices to excel in their sports careers. That makes them the winners! I will always remind myself of the Olympic spirit whenever I face a challenge.
