I wonder whether the beaches there are natural beach or man made beaches. Either way, they are beautiful and clean
@Borneo Falcon: They are man made and the sands are imported from Malaysia and Indonesia! =D
woooww…. you sure have a good time in Sentosa. Maybe I’ll pay a visit there when I have the time. It’s nearer then before so it’s ok…hehe~ anyway, they really imported the sands from msia n indon? hahaha…imagine next time they gonna import mountains and forest from msia too especially Sabah then I can see MT. Kinabalu everyday in Singapore…muahahahaha! Anyway, Christmas is around so I’m hoping to snap more pictures here! oh yeah!

wow!! the beach looks great. i didnt know singapore had nice beaches. all i know was my relatives in singapore always complains about the beaches and ended up in the east coast like cherating and awana kijal. anyways, i havent been to singapore for like…..ages. im planning to this december if i have time. cheers 🙂

@calvin: Your relatives are probably right, cos the beaches around Singapore aren’t really nice. Those in Sentosa are nice, cos they are made man. =P It has been raining almost everyday in Singapore currently…
@Alex: Singapore has been reclaiming land from the sea for a hundred years, so there are plenty of man-made beaches in Singapore I think. =P

@dede: Gee.. you have overlooked the part that I need to choose and edit photos, that’s the time consuming part, which I think by just writing words, it’s faster! I see many blogs cut and paste words =P But I have been pretty used to editing photos now so it’s easy for me. =D

I am planning to travel to Singapore for XMas. Is the weather ok to swim on Sentosa beaches in December? Thanks.
@Nat: As long as it’s not raining, I think it should be ok to swim. I went Sentosa last month (Nov) and there were many people soaking in the sea. There are lifeguards around too. I think it should be safe as long as you are within the designated area of “Swim Here” flag with lifeguards.
