The dining scene at Edge is well suited for diners who want a sensorial experience with a la minute presentations at seven exciting food theatres serving a smorgasbord of mouthwatering delights including Boston lobsters, French and Canadian oysters, ‘live’ grill Wagyu beef, prime ribs and suckling pig. The Duck Confit Ravioli is a hit too.

Cheese lovers go for the two-metre Cheeseboard spreads with 30 varieties of artisanal Cheese and Raclette a la minute.
Feast-On-Wheel serves signature seafood and meats such as home cured salmon and crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly. Like the name sounds, they serve the food to guests’ tables. Just bring along the stick printed with your table number and pass it to the chef when you order the food.
The ‘live’ theatres presents a variety of Asian cuisines including Chinese, Malay, Indian, Singaporean, Thai and Japanese.
Indulge the sweet tooth at the Dessert Station! There are at least 20 creations of fanciful desserts such as Candy Crush, gluten-free velvet cake and chocolate brownie.
Sunday Champagne Brunch at Edge is available from 12pm to 4pm, one of Singapore’s longest brunches. It includes unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne, selected wines, beers and cocktails.
To soak in the picturesque panoramic views of Marina Bay, city skyline and the sea, pop by the exclusive Pacific Club to enjoy afternoon tea or sunset cocktails and canapé.
