Only 4 more days to Christmas! After showing you some Christmas pictures on Christmas Spectacular and A Sweet Christmas in the Tropics, here are more images taken from Orchard Road in Singapore.
Just outside The Paragon, you’ll see this charming Christmas tree beautifully decorated with mannequins.
See, the whole stretch of Orchard road is brilliantly lighted up, turning it into a magical fairyland.
I wonder if this humongous Christmas tree at Takashimaya Shopping Centre is the largest in Singapore. Even the Christmas ornaments hanging on it are very big.
Everywhere is swamped with shoppers buying X’mas gifts.
Both pretty street performers look like twins. Offer them your token of appreciation and they will make their “pigeons” fly. I did. ^^ So this photo is not free. XP Just kidding. Street performers always add a lot of life to the city.
Another girl playing Gu Zheng (古箏), a traditional Chinese musical instrument that belongs to the zither family of string instruments.
Gingerbread house. I’ve never tried one before. However, who would want to devour such a pretty house?
It’s not any advertorial post, though this cuddly teddy bears the trademark of Coffee Bean. ^^
Hey hey! I still have many Christmas photos! Come back again!!

Hansel and Gretel?

didnt know christmas is a big event in that part of asia knowing that there’s less christians there. it’s good that the colorful lights continue to brighten the streets to highlight this very special season.

@Chuck: haha I thought of Hansel and Gretel too! That is a candy house right?
@dong ho: Hmm, I think there are many Christians/Catholics in Singapore. Anyway Singapore is a rather westernized country in Asia.
@Chee Wei: Happy Dong Zhi! Hmm.. I guess you didn’t eat any rice balls today.
Chuck
It was a gingerbread house, and they started right in to eating it, too.
