Some of us here have been googling for TravelerFolio’s interview. The interview by Straits Times Razor TV (an interactive Web TV service) was released a while ago. I was literally laughing all the way, feeling so embarassed while watching and listening to how I responded to the pretty interviewer and a camera at point blank range!
An interviewer asked me, “Do you prefer to be interviewed in English or Mandarin?”
I replied,“Both are okay. Cos both also no good.” :p
As a person who needs to reorganise her thoughts, I tried to speak my mind in the shortest possible time, and that posed a great challenge for me! Now I am thinking: I should have smiled a little more… I should have said er… =_= (watch me at 03:16) eeeeks =_=”

Congratulations Eunice! I just recently watched the OMY Blogging Award video on your latest post, and at last I finally saw your face moving and talking with such an animation. I always see still photos of yours, now your image is a lot better because I can also hear you speaking out the contents of your mind.
You have a chinese accent sister. Is that your mandarin or cantonese accent? Anyway, your fluency in english language is very good. When I meet you next year I know how to speak to you. (I also speak a little bit of mandarin chinese, but don’t bother to ask me for a sample because I speak funny.. ha-ha!)
Congratulations again! And I will watch this video over and over again. Your thought about not copying other people’s blog is excellent. That is an aweful crime (plagiarism)… I took up Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication so I know all these stuffs. That’s also one of the reasons why (as you said) I’m a good writer =) * wink, wink!
@Bridge: It’s embarassing for me to face the media! After watching myself, I wanted to dig a hole to hide! Btw, I look better in person, don’t look at that video interview, wrong angle!! LOL =P Btw, I took up engineering and computer science. Does that justify my articulate skill? =P Haha, excuses…

@KC: Yeah man, my face is twitching! Ha, my first time wasn’t this one. It was an interview about how I thought of a movie during a gala premiere (organised by OMY too). I NG myself thrice and told the interviewer I gave up. XP

I kept on thinking who else has the same english accent as you do and now I realized, you and my eldest brother who lives in Singapore has the same english fluency, proficieny, and accent like you! That’s right. He speaks the same! You remind me of him.
@Bridge: Haha, right, different countries have a different accent. Even we speak Mandarin and other dialects, is another accent again. Is your brother a Filippino? We often have the chance to speak with your Filippinos folks; they have their unique English accent too.

I really must travel again soon and am thinking of somewhere in Northern Thailand like Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai….. Going to Cambodia’s Siem Reap for work in November and LA/San Francisco (for holiday) in December too. Will blog about them but can’t match you photos lah…
@Walter: Those places that you mentioned, I have never been there before. I regretted for not visit Cambodia’s Angkor Wat during my stay in Ho Chi Minh, should kill two birds with one stone! Mine are just normal photos, it’s just that the sceneries are nice and photogenic. Will look forward to your posts!
